TERMS & POLICIES

All pieces are handmade, one-of-a-kind, and often made-to-order. Due to the organic nature of the patina process, please expect variations in color/pattern from appearance in photos.

All items are either in inventory or made to order and production time is generally 7 to 14 days. Items will ship within two weeks of payment date. Handcrafting takes time and your understanding is greatly appreciated!
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail flat rate (1-3 business days delivery) with tracking included.
All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International flat rate (6-10 business days delivery) with tracking. This does not include insurance. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and value added taxes that may arise. Please note: All items will be listed as merchandise.

If there are any problems with your item when it arrives, fill out a Contact Form and you will be able to exchange it, return it for a full refund, or have it repaired.
Exchanges and refunds will be given within 30 days of purchase (you may be responsible for return shipping and/or any price differences for exchanges).

If there are any repairs necessary to your item, please contact me and we can arrange a repair (you may be responsible for shipping).
